The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) has issued a notice to all allottees of FHA land in 6th Avenue, Festac Town, Lagos.
The authority is calling on all affected individuals to visit the FHA Zonal Office in Festac Town for identification, revalidation, and establishment of plot beacons.
To participate in this exercise, allottees are required to bring the following documents:
Genuine Letter of Allocation. The original letter issued by FHA as proof of allocation.
Evidence of Payments. Documents showing proof of payment for the allocated land.
Valid Means of Identification. A valid ID to confirm the allottee’s identity.
In a statement signed by Chairman of 6th Avenue, Festac Town, Lagos. Mr Vitus Okwara and Secretary, it noted further that the exercise is aimed at revalidating the ownership of plots and preparing for re-allocation to the rightful owners.
“It is essential for all allottees to participate in this process, regardless of the year the allocation was given.” It noted.
